About the Resource Library
CEDS are locally based and regionally driven economic development planning processes. These CEDS have long been a cornerstone of the U.S. Economic Development Administration’s programs and serve to engage community leaders, leverage involvement of the private sector and establish strategic blueprints for regional collaboration.
