To keep the CEDS Library up-to-date, relevant and useful, Economic Development Districts (EDDs) should  upload their 5-year CEDS to the library via the CEDS Upload Tool after it has been approved by their EDA Regional Office.

If your EDD does not have a CEDS Upload Tool account, please reach out to the IBRC Team at ibrc@iu.edu with your full name and the name of your EDD, stating that you need an account for the CEDS Upload Tool.
