About the StatsAmerica webinar series

In the fall of 2020, we launched our series of webinars/demos for StatsAmerica.org, a site built for and used by hundreds of thousands of people each year to help in their community, workforce and economic development efforts. The site was built and is maintained by Indiana Business Research Center (IBRC) at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and receives significant support from the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA).

  • To fulfill our goal of providing actionable data and insights for community and economic developers, these sessions will show users how they can use the plethora of tools and data on the site. We also want to leverage the expertise of our users to enhance our offerings.

  • The first part of each session is a brief tutorial on effectively using the tool. In the second part of the session, we look forward to hearing your ideas for additional content and functionality you’d like for the tool.

This is your opportunity to learn about StatsAmerica tools and data and influence the future of the site!
