CEDS Resource Library

About

CEDS are locally based and regionally driven economic development planning processes. These CEDS have long been a cornerstone of the U.S. Economic Development Administration’s programs and serve to engage community leaders, leverage involvement of the private sector and establish strategic blueprints for regional collaboration. The Resource Library includes CEDS dating back to 1990.
